Iceland
Auður Eldey Flókadóttir Fenger
Auður is currently a Framhaldsnám student at Tónskóli Sigursveins. In addition to piano, she is also taking voice lessons.

Darian Liu
Darian Liu is a rising senior at University of California, Berkeley, studying Data Science and Music under Dr. Betty Woo. His passion for music began at the age of five, and he graduated from the precollege program at the San Francisco Conservatory of Music under the tutelage of Dr. William Wellborn. Darian has earned numerous accolades, including achieving Panel level with state honors in the California Certificate of Merit and receiving an invitation to perform at the Convention recitals. He has won 1st Prize in the Romantic division in the Online International Vivaldi Music Competition, 1st Prize with Best Performance Award in Solo Open Category and 1st Prize in Romantic Category in the Vienna Virtuoso Music Competition. He has also been recognized with awards in the US Open Music Competition and in the Junior Bach Music Festival. At UC Berkeley, Darian engages with music through performing in noon concerts and engaging in various ensembles, such as the UC Berkeley Baroque Ensemble and the University Chorus.

Ilma Kristín Stenlund
Ilma is currently a Framhaldsnám student at Tónskóli Sigursveins. In addition to the piano, she is also a competitive figure skater from a young age. In her own words: "I love creating and expressing myself through art."

Poland
Jakub Urgoł
Jakub Urgoł was born on December 6, 2005, in Rybnik. He began his school education at the age of 5 in 2010. At the same time, he began studying piano at the Józef Świder Primary and Secondary Music School in Jastrzębie-Zdrój under the supervision of Dr. Hab. Anna Miech. In 2020, he participated in the "1st MusicAlive International Online Piano Competition," where he won second prize. In 2023, he graduated from the music school, simultaneously completing the Stanisław Staszic High School with bilingual classes in Jastrzębie Zdrój, majoring in mathematics and physics. After these events, he participated in the "Kraków Piano Summer" music course, taught by Adam Wibrowski, Gloria Campaner, Andrew Yang, Brenda Bruce, and Lesław Możdżer. He is currently continuing his piano studies at the Józef Staszic Academy of Music in Jastrzębie-Zdrój. Karol Lipiński in Wrocław in the piano class of Prof. Jan Kubica.

Marteinn Þór Vilhelmsson
Marteinn is currently studying at University of Iceland. He finished his Framhaldspróf in piano performance in 2024.

Prasun Tiwari Duwadi
Prasun Tiwari Duwadi is a 13-year-old pianist living in Reykjavík, Iceland. Born to Nepali parents, he is a Spanish citizen and has been studying piano at Tónskólinn í Reykjavík Reykjavíkur under the guidance of Antonia Hevesi. He enjoys exploring the music of Bach, Beethoven, and Chopin while continually developing his musical expression and technical skills. Through Reykjavík Pianofest, he hopes to gain inspiration from internationally renowned artists, learn through masterclasses, and continue growing as a young musician.

Matthías Tumi Ragnarsson
Matthías is a Framhaldsnám student at Tónskóli Sigursveins. In May 2026, he received the Styrkir veittir til efnilegra ungmenna award from Mosfellsbær, which supports him in his musical endeavors.

Tómas Bogi Bjarnason
Tómas is a Framhaldsnám student at Tónskóli Sigursveins where has studied extensively with Laufey Kristinsdóttir and currently studies with Andrew J. Yang. He is also currently studying at the University of Iceland.
